The intention Gap

Two thirds of all Irish consumers want to be in better physical health. According to Mintel lifestyles report, however this desire to be in better physical health is combined with a lack of willpower. This intention gap, between wanting to change and actually changing is presenting a barrier to improvements in the physical health of Irish consumers.
